Main idea:

Break dancing, one of the dancing styles, is popular all around the globe.  Its history can be traced back to 1969 when James Brown sang the hit "Get On the Good Foot." whose high-energy dance caught the audience's eye.   Before long, the style beame known as B-boy, and caused the emergence of B-girl.  The common moves include hand-spins, backspins, handspins and flips.   

Grammatical points to pay special attention to:

其實就是令人印象深刻的=impressive
令人驚豔的=astonishing, stunning, amazing
另外，jaw-breaker的意思是

1. A very hard candy. 很硬的糖果

2. Slang A word that is difficult to pronounce. 很難念的字詞

line 2 date back追溯

請特別注意，如果要表示追溯到200年前，要用date back to 200 years ago

或是date back 200 years（往前追溯兩百年）

所以，文章中說break dancing的歷史要往前追溯幾十年，

寫法是Its history dates back a few decades.

我們也可以寫成 its history dates back to a few decades ago.喔！
