Main idea:

The two conversations show us that when one feels sick, such as having a sore throat or keeping coughing, one should take a sick leave to prevent the disease from spreading.

Grammatical points to pay special attention to:

I'm not that sick.意思是我沒有並的那麼嚴重，
由此可見that在這邊當的是副詞的用法，翻譯做「那麼地」
同樣情形，我們也可以說You're this close to success.
這邊的this就是指「這麼地」也是副詞，
this和that的差別就在說話者的主觀意識，
如果說話者認同、覺得這件事很接近，就會用this，
反之，如果不太認同，就比較容易使用that
例如He's not that stupid.
